Spirit Of The North 2 Now Out For Consoles And PC – Popgeeks
The Spirit is back. Infuse Studio and Silver Lining Interactive present Spirit of the North 2, the sequel to their third-person adventure game, which they describe as “the Stray of fox games!”
In an enchanted land inspired by Nordic folklore, the malevolent shaman Grimnir has cast a deadly curse over everything (though it still looks darn pretty). You are a brave fox imbued with the spirits of the wild, tasked with journeying across the land on a quest to unravel the curse. You’ll have a small raven to help you with some tasks, but overall, the responsibility is yours. “Face down corrupted Guardians in legendary battles, wield ancient powers hidden in the very bones of the earth, and embark on a spiritual odyssey filled with heart, beauty, and mystery,” Infuse says.

It’s typical these days for new games to offer a discount within their launch week, but Spirit of the North 2 takes it a step further: it will be 15% off on all platforms until May 21, giving you three weeks. In addition, if you already have Spirit of the North 1, a “loyalty discount” will be applied on top of that, giving you an extra 10% off on Playstation and PC. (It’s worth noting the e-merchant Fanatical was giving out the first game for free for one day last November. Now I feel inept for not passing that info along last fall…sorry.)
