PSYCHIC FEVER’s ‘Wonder Woman,’ a J-Drama Theme Song, Now Out
The track, released last February 14, is already making waves as the opening theme for the Tokai TV & Fuji TV Saturday drama “The Greatest Woman Nakajima Haruko: Madame in… Just a Little Bangkok,” starring Daichi Mao.
This upbeat, danceable city pop tune perfectly captures the essence of the drama’s protagonist, Nakajima Haruko — a truly wonderful woman. Inspired by Haruko’s powerful presence, the lyrics describe her strength as a “rose blooming on asphalt,” celebrating the resilience and beauty of women.
Musically, PSYCHIC FEVER’s “Wonder Woman” blends 90s and Y2K influences with a lively New Jack Swing groove, reflecting Nakajima Haruko’s energetic character. The track’s refreshing beat, combined with smooth R&B-inspired chords, adds a charismatic and sultry touch.
The lyrics also express gratitude to those who provide support and guidance, making “Wonder Woman” not just a tribute to strong women, but also an anthem for PSYCHIC FEVER as they continue their journey toward global success.
PSYCHIC FEVER, a seven-member J-Pop group from EXILE TRIBE, debuted in 2022 under LDH Japan. It is composed of KOKORO, WEESA, TSURUGI, RYOGA, REN, JIMMY, and RYUSHIN.
Earlier this year, the group dropped their 2025 debut track, “Paradise.” This was followed by the release of “What’s Happenin,’” which marks the group’s reunion with acclaimed producer JP THE WAVY.
