Reasons to watch: It’s been a minute since So Ji-sub’s graced the small screen, and he’s returning in one of his strongest genres to boot. In Netflix’s gritty new original series, we meet So Ji-sub when he’s already hung up his criminal hat. Despite having amassed great power as a mob boss, he had walked away from it all in order to save his younger brother’s life after little bro (played by Lee Jun-hyuk) joined a rival gang.
So Ji-sub’s peaceful post-mob life comes crashing to an end after the suspiciously sudden death of said beloved brother. He jumps back into the criminal underworld in order to uncover the truth behind his brother’s untimely demise–there are no lengths he won’t go to in the name of justice.
