• Won Jin-ah (Unicorn) is reviewing an offer to turn prosecutor for MBC’s Judge Lee Han-young, which also features Ji Sung (Connection) playing the legal timeslip’s title character. Production for the webnovel adaptation has PD Lee Jae-jin attached to direct and is planning to broadcast towards the end of this year. [Star News]

• The crime-mystery In the Net (previously Mang-nae-in) – starring Kim Sun-ho (The Tyrant) and Park Kyu-young (Squid Game 2) – is reportedly in discussions to find a home at TVING. Based on the Chinese novel Second Sister by Chan Ho-kei, the 6-episode drama completed filming in November 2023 with co-directing by filmmaker Kim Ji-yoon (Cobweb) and PD Park Bo-ram (Through the Darkness, The Fiery Priest 2). • Netflix announced a new horror series called Wish Your Death (working title), entrapping Jeon So-young (Kick Kick Kick Kick), Kang Mina (Welcome to Samdal-ri), Baek Sun-ho (Kick Kick Kick Kick), Hyun Woo-seok (Cheer Up), and Lee Hyo-je (Narco-Saints) through a curious wish-fulfilling app. PD Park Yoon-seo (Moving) is at the helm with scripts by Park Joong-seop. • The mood is spooky on Netflix’s new teaser for the film Revelations as well, rattling our leads, Ryu Joon-yeol (The 8 Show) and Shin Hyun-bin (Cinderella at 2AM). Releasing this month on March 21, the dark thriller has filmmaker Yeon Sang-ho and writer Choi Kyu-seok collaborating again after Hellbound 2 – this time working as well with Alfonso Cuaron (Disclaimer, Roma) as executive producer. • On KBS, it’s a big family gathering for Oh Nara (The Judge From Hell) and crew in the newest poster for Villains Everywhere. Squashed together with sister So Yoo-jin (My Dearest) as well as their respective husbands Seo Hyun-chul (A Virtuous Business), and Song Jin-woo (Strong Girl Nam-soon) – among others in the ensemble cast – the sitcom will be launching on March 19 in the Wednesday-Thursday slot. • SBS has kicked off promos for Haunted Palace with the first script reading stills, where Yook Sung-jae (The Golden Spoon) and Bona (Pyramid Game) will be teaming up to save King Kim Ji-hoon (Death’s Game) from evil spirits. With PD Yoon Sung-shik (Cleaning Up, Mr. Queen) and writer Yoon Soo-jung (Sassy Go Go, King’s Face) leading production, the fictional sageuk is slated to air on weekends following Buried Hearts in April.
