After their previous visit to the Philippines during the 2023 Asia Artist Awards, the K-pop group BOYNEXTDOOR returned this 2025 for another exciting event, once again presented by Pulp Live World. On March 22, 2025, the group kicked off their KNOCK ON Vol.1 tour in Manila, bringing their first-ever solo concert to the Big Dome—Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Jaehyun, Sungho, Riwoo, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak opened the night with an energetic performance of “Earth, Wind & Fire,” followed by “Dangerous.” The boys greeted the enthusiastic crowd, marking their first concert in the Philippines, and even expressed their excitement in Tagalog. They shared phrases like “edi wow,” “mahal ko kayo” (we love you), and “masaya kami makita kayo” (we’re happy to see you), connecting with the audience on a deeper level.
BOYNEXTDOOR continued their set with hits like “But I Like You,” “l i f e i s c o o l,” “OUR,” and “Call Me.” One of the standout moments was their performance of “20,” with the English lyrics displayed on the screen, allowing fans to further immerse in the song’s meaning.
In a lighthearted moment, the group sent a “love call” to Filipino fast food chain Jollibee, jokingly saying they would love to be the next endorsers of the brand. The audience responded enthusiastically to the playful suggestion and even chanted “Jollibee! Jollibee!” during their ment.
The concert then reached a peak with their current trending track, “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU,” followed by a cute moment with “ABCDLOVE,” where the members performed with plushies. They also made their way down the stage to interact with fans during “Amnesia,” meeting those in the barricade area up-close. Some lucky fans even got to have a group selca with the members.
BOYNEXTDOOR also sang two OST tracks: “Lucky Charm,” from the Korean drama “Miss Day and Night,” and “Fadeaway,” from the Webtoon “GARBAGE TIME.”
The group then performed a series of songs throughout the night, including “Crying,” “Sometimes,” “Gonna Be A Rock,” “One And Only,” and “SKIT.” Their freestyle dance segment was another fan favorite, showcasing the members’ dancing skills and stage presence.
Before closing the night, BOYNEXTDOOR gave flowers to lucky ONEDOORs and ended the concert with “Serenade” and “400 Years.” The group returned for an encore, performing “So Let’s Go See the Stars,” which some fans hurriedly returning to their seats–as some believed the concert have ended.
Throughout the concert, BOYNEXTDOOR showcased their youthful energy and effort to connect with fans in both English and Tagalog. The group’s crowd engagement, whether through language or direct interaction, is commendable.
Fans have praised BOYNEXTDOOR for their bubbly and fun songs and the sincerity they bring to every performance. With KNOCK ON Vol.1 in Manila, the group was able to show why they’re becoming one of this generation’s rising K-pop groups.
